Summary

Drive sales in the Women's Active department by providing fashion and styling guidance and building customer relationships. Support customers through in-store and digital selling while keeping the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain the department.
• Work flexible schedules and, when needed, assist in other departments.
