Summary

Support women's apparel sales by providing fashion and styling guidance and building customer relationships in-store and digitally. Work toward sales goals while helping keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide feedback on style and fit, and develop product knowledge.
• Assist with orders, stocking, merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and remain flexible to support other departments as needed.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fashion, networking, and using technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
