Summary

Provide fashion and styling guidance while building customer relationships and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Support a welcoming, customer-ready department and deliver service tailored to each customer's needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Open new rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed.
