The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store, and meets sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media. The role includes building lasting customer relationships, providing styling and fit guidance, and maintaining the department to be customer ready. The schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to work in other departments occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Grow relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
