Summary

The Salesperson drives in-store and digital apparel sales by providing personalized styling and service. This role builds customer relationships and supports a well-stocked, customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide styling and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain the department.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals and work effectively with a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to remain active during shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
