Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to serve customers effectively.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Encourage customers to open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support other departments as needed.
