Summary

Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals both in-store and digitally while providing styling advice and excellent service. This role builds customer relationships, uses technology and social media for selling, and supports department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. Schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to work in different departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to grow a customer following and drive sales
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and handle price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
