• Ensure a quick, easy, and fun customer experience by assisting customers in finding the deals they seek.
• Facilitate a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, guiding them to fitting rooms, and managing clothing returns to the sales floor.
• Promote fashion enthusiasm by informing customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is accurately checked in and ticketed.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
