• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and managing fitting room logistics.
• Motivate and inspire adoption of initiatives such as the Nordstrom rewards program.
• Organize stockrooms and manage inventory processes efficiently.
• Maintain a "runway ready" sales floor through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers with transactions, ensuring a seamless and friendly experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and resolve customer situations effectively.
• Receive, unload, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems for merchandise processing.
• Support store operations including special events and markdowns.
