Summary
Seasonal and regular lingerie retail salesperson responsible for providing expert bra fittings, personalized styling and customer service to build loyalty and drive sales both in-store and digitally. Role includes collaborating with the store team to maintain a customer-ready department and participating in product and brand trainings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings and provide size and fit guidance in the fitting room
- Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to customers
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions
- Use text and social media tools to support sales and outreach
- Work with the team to stock, re-merchandise and maintain the department
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the area customer-ready
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and performance targets
- Participate in trainings to stay current on product and fashion knowledge

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Capability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock roles
