Join the store team for a hiring event to fill Sales Associate roles across apparel, shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, lingerie, active, and men's furnishing departments at the Westfarms location. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized selling to drive sales
• Work the sales floor to merchandise and maintain visual standards
• Assist customers with product selection and fitting needs
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties
• Support inventory tasks including receiving and replenishing merchandise
• Lift and move merchandise per store physical requirements
• Participate in hiring event interviews when applicable

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Capable of frequent bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock roles
• Flexible availability to work retail hours and attend hiring event interviews
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
