Summary

The Logistics Processor receives and processes incoming merchandise, fulfills customer orders, and supports store operations to ensure timely availability of product and an excellent customer experience. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders meeting packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments and support inventory control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store events setup, markdowns, and fixture relocations

Requirements

• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
