Merchandise Handling

As a Merchandise Handling Associate, you will play a crucial role in processing merchandise according to department and Neiman Marcus standards. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling products within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Verify accuracy per SOP and record/communicate discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment across various departments.
• Document vendor violations for the vendor performance team.
• Utilize warehouse systems including RF scanner and User Interface.
• Communicate vendor and processing issues to supervisors and management.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to NM Safety standards and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs.

• Prior experience with warehouse management systems like Manhattan is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple departments with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
