Role requires independence, strong organization, and the ability to lift and move merchandise while supporting store operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders following quality and packing standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders per shipping procedures
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise shipment issues
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store events setup and relocate fixtures as needed
• Assist with markdowns and general store support tasks

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Experience in retail stock or logistics preferred
