Retail Stock And Fulfillment - Garden State Plaza

Summary

Provide logistics support by receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and store presentation. Perform shipping and packing duties, utilize inventory systems, and assist with store tasks such as markdowns and event setup. Work a flexible schedule and meet physical demands of frequent lifting, bending, and movement.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling departments
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve merchandise shipment discrepancies
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities including special events setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
• Assist customers and team members as needed

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with using technology and new computer applications
• Flexible availability based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
