Summary

The Logistics Processor is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise and customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting store operations. This role works in a fast-paced environment and helps ensure timely fulfillment and a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following quality, packing, and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as setting up special events, markdowns, and relocating fixtures
• Perform general backroom organization and inventory tasks to support store operations

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using technology and new computer applications, including inventory systems
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift and frequently lift/carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
