Home Delivery Associate

Summary

Represent the RH brand by performing warehouse and delivery duties to deliver operational excellence. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, staging, and preparing product for delivery while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. You will process returns, verify outbound orders, and handle heavy items safely to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space; remove debris and packaging
• Unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure the highest quality
• Wrap, prepare, process, and load returns
• Verify items in assigned outbound lanes and prepare orders for delivery
• Load and mobilize items for delivery, ensuring safe handling and staging

Requirements

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs.
• Must pass a background screen
