• Process retail merchandise to the sales floor using customized software and tools with a focus on accuracy.
• Manage inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Maintain productivity through team and individual metrics such as units processed per hour.
• Organize and restock stockrooms and sales floor, contributing to a tidy environment.
• Support team goals related to safety, training, and test-and-learn projects.
• Assist with store support including special events, markdowns, and fixture relocation.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork skills with the ability to maintain personal productivity while collaborating with the team.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability based on business needs, including morning or midday/evening shifts.
