Retail Stock and Fulfillment - Shops At Merrick Park

Summary

Support store operations by receiving unpacking and processing merchandise shipments, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. Work independently in a fast paced environment while using inventory systems and following quality packing and shipping standards. Perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying merchandise and assist with store events and fixture relocations.

Responsibilities

• Receive unload and unpack incoming freight and deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders meeting packing and shipping guidelines
• Use inventory management systems to scan process and research shipments
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store operations including special event setup markdowns and backroom organization
• Relocate store fixtures as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and initiative
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
