Sales Support Associate

As a Sales Support Associate at Hermès Miami, you will provide essential clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the boutique. Your role will involve maintaining high levels of service and supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

• Provide prompt and friendly service to clients, assisting with inquiries and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team by managing merchandise, stock room preparation, and maintaining selling floor standards.
• Organize work stations and ensure all necessary items are stocked and available.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
