Stock Associate

Summary

Full time Stock Associate responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise across locations in the Miami metropolitan area. The role supports store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring stock rooms and sales floors are orderly and accessible. Works collaboratively with retail teams to facilitate smooth merchandising and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack incoming shipments
• Verify and organize merchandise in stock room
• Replenish sales floor inventory as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain clean and safe stock areas
• Prepare merchandise for transfers between locations
• Collaborate with store staff to fulfill restocking requests

Requirements

• Prior retail or stock handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise
• Basic organization and time management skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfort working in a fast paced retail environment
