Retail and Product Training Intern

As a Retail and Product Training Intern at Balenciaga in New York City, you will gain valuable insights into the luxury fashion industry and our corporate culture. • Assist the Training Team with compiling Training App usage data weekly.
• Update Client Experience Evaluations by door.
• Conduct competitive studies by department categories.
• Participate in miscellaneous seasonal projects.
• Prepare training guidelines for new store openings.
• Compile product images and information for Training Ambassador Briefs.
• Review new product training related to collections and campaigns.
• Organize and prepare seasonal training recaps.
• Update all mandatory training attendance lists monthly.
• Provide administrative support duties.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and task-driven.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with compiling data metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to receive academic credit.
• Able to work in our NYC office.
