Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Advisor at A. Lange & Söhne in Costa Mesa, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for achieving personal sales targets and providing an exclusive brand experience. You will nurture and develop a base of high-end clients while participating in the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve key performance benchmarks and contribute to the boutique's fiscal strategy.
  • Represent the brand professionally in compliance with sales policies and procedures.
  • Be attentive and responsive to client requests, balancing brand initiatives and client expectations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Provide excellent client experience with professionalism within and outside the boutique.
  • Lead and manage all steps of the sale ceremony according to brand policy.
  • Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
  • Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up.
  • Participate in networking events to generate traffic and brand exposure.
  • Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships.
  • Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
  • Maintain a precise business schedule and continue learning.
  • Analyze client data to generate sales.
  • Capture accurate client data to build lasting relationships.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate as needed.
  • Partner with management for in-store and offsite events.
  • Adhere to social media and communication guidelines.
  • Maintain professional attire and language.
Requirements
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude and understanding of luxury client experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in the timepiece field.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
  • Availability to work flexible boutique schedules.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
  • Secondary language is a plus.
