• Use CRM tools to capture customer information and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain store visual standards, participate in initiatives and training, and help identify talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use registers and digital sales tools, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
