As a Sales Ambassador you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences and represent the brand with style and professionalism. You will actively build client relationships, leverage digital tools for clienteling, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. This role supports team development and can lead to future management opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and sales techniques.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training to execute business results.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate register systems, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Comfort using digital tools to engage customers and support sales efforts.
