Requirements- 2+ years of sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
- Operate the register and stand for multiple hours.
- Flexible schedule availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
