• Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through comprehensive wardrobing and digital tools.
• Drive sales achievement by supporting team goals and upholding brand standards.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and align product recommendations with their preferences.
• Meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Adapt and showcase products based on customer needs, whether remote or in-person.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data for clienteling and business initiatives.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards and support a professional work environment.
• Engage in team training and company initiatives to execute business results.
• Support the store in finding top talent through networking and sourcing.

• 2+ years of sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Operate the register and stand for multiple hours.
• Flexible schedule availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
