The Sales Ambassador creates personalized lifestyle experiences for customers through product knowledge, thoughtful styling, and relationship building. The role supports sales goals, clienteling, and a positive store environment while helping develop team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, product guidance, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales plans and individual performance indicators while supporting team goals.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, build customer relationships, and participate in team training and company initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, gather customer data, prioritize the customer experience, and provide feedback to management.
• Support a professional and inclusive work environment and assist with talent networking.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer sales and clienteling preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and to stand, walk, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
