The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through product expertise, personalized styling, and meaningful client relationships. The role supports sales goals, team success, and Ralph Lauren's brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful customer service, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
• Grow personal sales through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support store sales plans.
• Coach colleagues, support training and talent sourcing, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and share category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital sales tools, operate a register, and work across the sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
