Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach wardrobing and clienteling.
- Support team sales goals and uphold brand standards and procedures.
- Coach Brand Ambassadors to develop customer centric behaviors and relationship skills.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
- Participate in store initiatives community outreach and team training.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
- Support talent sourcing and recruiting efforts for the store.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex high volume or high profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand walk and operate the register for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor stock areas and dressing rooms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools for selling and client outreach preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co workers.
