Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to build relationship building skills.
- Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Support recruiting efforts by networking and sourcing talent.
- Balance daily tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register stand and remain on feet for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM platforms preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Willingness to support company initiatives and training to achieve business results.
