Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth and leverage digital tools for clienteling.
- Support team sales targets and uphold brand policies and standards.
- Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support outreach and clienteling.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
- Assist with talent sourcing and recruiting activities.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a specialty retail or high volume environment preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Capability to work around stock, dressing rooms, cashwrap and office areas.
