The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, sophisticated styling, and strong product knowledge. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge.
• Grow personal business through outreach, clienteling, wardrobing, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team results.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, build customer relationships, and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives and training, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in community outreach and help identify prospective talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience using digital tools to sell to customers preferred.
