Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge. This role supports store sales goals, coaches peers, and uses digital tools for clienteling while maintaining visual standards and contributing to team initiatives. The position requires flexibility to work days evenings and weekends and to engage in outreach and store activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations
• Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling
• Support team in achieving monthly quarterly and annual sales plans
• Coach Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors
• Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
• Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to management on category opportunities

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high volume or specialty environment preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to stand move walk and operate register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Comfort using digital tools for selling and clienteling
• Flexible availability including days evenings and weekends
• Ability to follow company policies procedures and visual standards
