Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers personalized customer service and styling while building lasting client relationships. This role drives individual and team sales performance and supports store standards, coaching, and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, detailed product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow personal sales through clienteling, outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools while meeting performance goals.
• Support team sales plans, coach Brand Ambassadors, and contribute to training and talent sourcing.
• Maintain visual standards, build customer relationships, and support a positive, inclusive store environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume, complex, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; experience using digital tools for sales is preferred.
