Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador curates personalized in-store experiences, providing styling recommendations and building lasting client relationships to drive sales. This role supports store performance through clienteling, use of digital tools, and coaching of Brand Ambassadors. The position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends while maintaining store standards and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive individual and team sales performance by meeting KPIs and supporting sales plans.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to store and community initiatives.
• Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and providing feedback to management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate cash registers and digital tools, and to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
