Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Build client relationships and grow sales through outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet individual performance goals and support team sales plans.
• Coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and contribute to store initiatives and training.
• Capture customer information using CRM tools and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools to sell is preferred.
