Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized styling and clienteling. This role supports store sales goals, coaches brand ambassadors, and helps maintain visual and operational standards while building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive individual and team sales by supporting monthly and annual sales plans and meeting KPIs.
- Strategize personal business growth using outreach and digital tools to enhance clienteling.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data to support clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and visual techniques.
- Participate in store and community initiatives and support team training efforts.
- Support hiring efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a specialty retail or high-volume environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital sales tools and CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock areas, dressing rooms, cashwrap, and office.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
