Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth and leverage digital tools for clienteling and outreach.
- Support team sales targets and contribute to monthly and quarterly goals.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling initiatives.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Maintain store visual standards and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support recruiting by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company standards.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for multiple hours and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Willingness to support team training and company initiatives.
