Summary
Sales and Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store management with opening and closing procedures, drives sales performance, and ensures high standards of customer service, operations, merchandising, and store presentation at the Copley Place location.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals
- Perform opening and closing of the store and oversee daily operations
- Organize and maintain stockroom for efficient access to merchandise
- Support management in personnel oversight and clear communication with teams
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce store operations and sustainability policies
- Partner on inventory control and loss prevention to reduce shrinkage
- Ensure registers and safe operate correctly and manage cash accuracy
- Assist with visual merchandising and upkeep of fixtures and store presentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a selling role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
- Capability to implement visual and operational standards
