Summary

Provide exceptional customer service while supporting store operations as a Keyholder. Aid management with opening and closing procedures, oversee daily store functions, and help drive sales and merchandising standards to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing of the store and related keyholder duties
• Assist management in day-to-day store operations and staff oversight
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory handling
• Support loss prevention and ensure cash register and safe procedures are followed
• Implement visual displays and merchandising per company standards
• Oversee store maintenance, fixtures, and supply levels
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
• Communicate operational and visual standards to the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Commercial awareness and business acumen in fashion retail
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
• Ability to enforce store operations and sustainability policies
