Summary
Provide exceptional customer service while supporting store operations as a Keyholder. Aid management with opening and closing procedures, oversee daily store functions, and help drive sales and merchandising standards to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals
- Perform opening and closing of the store and related keyholder duties
- Assist management in day-to-day store operations and staff oversight
- Maintain organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory handling
- Support loss prevention and ensure cash register and safe procedures are followed
- Implement visual displays and merchandising per company standards
- Oversee store maintenance, fixtures, and supply levels
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
- Communicate operational and visual standards to the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Commercial awareness and business acumen in fashion retail
- Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
- Ability to enforce store operations and sustainability policies
