The Sales And Client Advisor supports store management by executing opening and closing procedures, delivering high quality customer service, and contributing to sales growth and store operations at Lenox Square. Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing store procedures
• Organize stockroom and ensure merchandise accessibility
• Assist management with day to day store operations
• Support visual display and merchandising implementation
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures and lighting
• Partner on inventory control to minimize shrinkage
• Ensure proper cash register and safe procedures and deposits

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
