Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals
- Perform opening and closing of the store and ensure registers and safe procedures
- Organize and maintain stockroom for easy access to merchandise
- Assist management in overseeing day to day store operations
- Support visual display and merchandising implementation according to standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and physical upkeep of fixtures and lighting
- Manage inventory control and partner with operations to minimize shrinkage
- Communicate company visual and operational standards to the team
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Commercial awareness and business acumen in fashion retail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Leadership qualities to support and guide store personnel
- Attention to operational detail including cash accuracy and store procedures
