Summary
Keyholder Sales and Client Advisor responsible for supporting store management with opening and closing procedures, driving sales performance, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role assists in day to day store operations including stockroom management, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals
- Perform opening and closing store procedures and manage cash registers and safe
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations and personnel
- Support visual display and merchandising implementation to company standards
- Partner with operations to minimize store shrinkage and enforce loss prevention practices
- Communicate visual standards and company information to the team
- Oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of store interior and exterior
- Maintain fixtures, shelving, lighting, supplies and ensure proper levels of inventory
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals in a selling role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Strategic vision to develop the business and personal performance
- Experience with store operations, inventory and loss prevention procedures
- Ability to implement and enforce store policies and visual standards
