Keyholder Sales and Client Advisor responsible for supporting store management with opening and closing procedures, driving sales performance, maintaining store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role assists in overseeing daily store functions including merchandising, inventory control, visual standards, and store maintenance to meet brand expectations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and drive individual and store performance
- Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with daily operations
- Maintain organized stockroom and ensure inventory and loss prevention practices
- Oversee cash register and safe procedures and ensure timely bank deposits
- Implement visual displays and merchandising according to company standards
- Communicate visual and operational standards to the team
- Supervise store cleanliness and physical upkeep of fixtures and supplies
- Support enforcement of store operations manual and sustainability policies
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a selling role
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Commercial awareness and business acumen within the fashion industry
- Leadership capability to support and develop store teams
- Attention to operational detail including inventory and loss prevention
