Job Description

Summary

Keyholder Sales and Client Advisor supporting store operations at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Responsible for opening and closing procedures, assisting management with daily operations, driving sales targets, and ensuring visual and store maintenance standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and drive individual and store performance
  • Perform opening and closing of the store and keyholder duties
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access
  • Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations and staff
  • Maintain clear communication with departments and colleagues
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
  • Support and enforce store operations and sustainability policies
  • Manage cash registers safe procedures and timely bank deposits
  • Implement visual display and merchandising according to company standards

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
  • Experience with inventory control and loss prevention practices
