Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and drive individual and store performance
- Perform opening and closing of the store and keyholder duties
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access
- Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations and staff
- Maintain clear communication with departments and colleagues
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
- Support and enforce store operations and sustainability policies
- Manage cash registers safe procedures and timely bank deposits
- Implement visual display and merchandising according to company standards
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen

- Experience with inventory control and loss prevention practices
