Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial business plans in conjunction with the Sales Lead to achieve division sales goals.
- Gather, enter, and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales figures and input data for business analysis.
- Support the Account Executive in developing financial plans by door and conduct routine analysis to maximize sales opportunities.
- Interface with the Planning team to ensure seasonal assortments meet business objectives and needs for each account.
- Assist in preparation for management meetings and market appointments, including showroom maintenance.
- Manage full lifecycle order management from post-market order compilation to shipment reconciliation.
- Monitor in-season business for accounts by tracking sales, stock, and product performance.
- Partner with Digital and Retail Development teams to ensure effective execution of merchandising and sales strategies.
- Collaborate on integrated marketing plans for accounts.
Requirements- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in sportswear and/or dresses.
- Experience in department stores and relationship-building at the Buyer/Planner level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in managing assortments, margins, and sell-throughs.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and brands.
- Proficiency in retail math and Microsoft Office.
