Sales Assistant - Yorkdale Mall

Summary

Temporary full-time Sales Assistant for a Watches and Fine Jewellery pop-up at Yorkdale Mall supporting the holiday season and boutique opening. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting pop-up operations and inventory tasks. This position runs from mid-November through early January and reports to boutique and store management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to provide a positive first impression
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and sales floor
• Assist clients with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Monitor guest flow and assist with queues during peak hours
• Support receiving, restocking, and transporting merchandise
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management
• Complete basic administrative and event related tasks
• Support boutique management with additional tasks as directed

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally with luxury or watches or fine jewellery brands
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player
