Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant responsible for supporting sales floor operations by replenishing merchandise, assisting customers, processing POS transactions, and maintaining back of house organization to uphold store standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and to support Sales Associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with sales related policies and procedures
• Maintain organization of back of house areas
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate
• Assist Sales Associates in resolving client problems and complaints as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience using a POS system
• Self starter with the ability to drive results
• Curious and motivated with strong engagement skills
• Customer service focused with a passion for selling
• Ability to work in a team and support Sales Associates
