• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and represent the organization both in and outside the boutique.
• Proactively develop new and existing clientele, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales.
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist clients with customer service needs.
• Maintain brand standards and participate in CRM initiatives.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including merchandising and inventory management.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
