Sales Associate-1

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for building lasting client relationships and driving sales on the sales floor at the Sainte-Catherine Street location. Role is commission-focused and requires delivering high levels of customer service, merchandising the floor, and leveraging digital tools to engage clients. The position supports in-store events, training and uses Holt Renfrew systems to personalize client outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, consistent service to all clients and exceed sales and service goals
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing customers
• Use phone, email and digital channels to communicate product updates, events and after-sales follow-up
• Support merchandising and visual presentation, price changes and other floor tasks that drive sales
• Attend product and vendor training sessions and Holt Renfrew workshops
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to sales management when required

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Comfort using social media to build a personal brand and multiple digital channels to engage clients
• Strong product knowledge across store categories and awareness of current and emerging fashion trends
• Ability to use Holt Renfrew 360 app and other retail technologies to manage client relationships
